Biography

Kim Hyung Seo popularly known as BIBI was born on September 27, 1998, in Ulsan, South Korea.

BIBI is a versatile South Korean singer with music genres of hip hop, sould and R&B. She developed her passion with influence from the rapper Nicki Minaj.

She came through after being discovered on SoundCloud through her self produced songs by Yoon Mi-rae and was signed to Feel Good Music in 2017. She was also part of the SBS show The Fam where she emerged second place.

She released her first official single “Binu” on May 15, 2019. She followed up in April 2021, with the released of her second extended play Life is a Bi. In October if the same year, she released a collaboration single “The Weekend” with 88rising. She later signed a promotion deal with 88 rising in December. She released her debut studio album titled “Low Life Princess: Noir” on November 18, 2022.

Aside from music, BIBI appeared in Hopeless in 2023, and was nominated for Best Nee Actress at the Blue Dragon Film Awards. She also won Best New Actress at the Baeksang Arts Awards in 2024.
